Sonic Drive-in - Jefferson City

Previously my favorite place I still like to go here, I think they need to make some changes in the menu

Always great food....prices getting little high! But still good food.

I can count on one hand how many times they've gotten my order correct the past five times I've ordered.....zero. they either don't have what you want or cannot manage to get the order that you do place out to you correctly.

Although speed varies from day to day, they are usually very quick to get your food to you, whether you pull up to one of the ordering booths or go through the drive thru. I have always received my food hot and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Also, there’s nothing like sonic tater tots.

I’m not happy with some of their products since the new management took over. I rarely post reviews and hope this finds its way to the management. I have been to this Sonic twice in the past month. First time I wanted to order the grilled chicken sandwich. It was delicious (and not breaded)! I was told the new management discontinued this item. I got the breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken was okay but the bun was awful. The previous delicious bun was now hard and tasted stale. Figuring it was just a fluke, I went again today and ordered the same thing. I should have taken it back. The chicken was poor to fair and the bun again was the same stale bun as it was several weeks ago. What’s going on here?
