I had no bad experience here. eating is always good and friendly staff. food: 5/5

I decided to try her again lately. the darkened chicken sandwich sound good, and it is! the last 2 times were however disgusting. Today a simple 2 black chicken sandwich with no mayo was waiting for half an hour until 2 black chicken sandwiches with wet rolls and tons mayo on both rolls. gagifying. the previous visit, I ordered the same and got a decent huh wad on wet bungalows with 1 wet pickle slice and that was waiting for over half an hour! the chain must keep this issue open as tax depreciation.

They've always been nice and respectful no problems with ordering and getting what you're supposed to I enjoyed it

Unfriendly, too many restrictions on ordering. We typically will order the “chicken only special” of the day, and request a mix of legs and wings. We go to their two restaurants in Springfield MO, which have no problems in accommodating us. This Popeyes however, makes no effort in accommodating their customer’s wishes. Every experience so far we’ve talked a rude person. Too many other good restaurants to choose from.

The food and service might be good, but our family didn 't eat here. We had a strange experience and decided to eat elsewhere. There was a sign on the door saying they were out of macaroni and cheese, apple pie, and biscuits. I asked if they offered a substitution for the biscuit, because it is normally included with a meal. I was told that they 're not able to do that, because they 're almost out of everything! I asked if they give a discounted price on the meal but was told no, because the biscuit is complimentary with the meal . How ridiculous. The biscuit is listed with the price of the meal, showing what you are paying for.
