Lisa's Country Kitchen - Jefferson City

We dined here for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Throughout our meal, we chatted with Lisa, and her joy and passion for the restaurant shone through in every interaction. Our server, Rylee, was exceptional. She offered excellent recommendations that we all enjoyed. We particularly loved the hush puppies, fried green tomatoes, chicken-fried steak, skillet potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Truly, everything was delicious. This is a wonderful place, and we look forward to returning.

Delicious food and excellent service! It's a lovely spot to grab lunch in the middle of nowhere.

The service was disappointing; our waitress never offered us refills for our coffee and tea and simply dropped off our food without returning afterward. However, the food itself was outstanding.

As soon as you walk in, it smells like home. Everything was great, we will be making this one of our go to places when we are out for sure. Update: After leaving I realized I had left my debit card on labor day weekend lol. No worries, because at Lisa's Country Kitchen they are not only voted best country cooking in Jefferson County, they are honest good people too. Now where can you get all of this?? Amazing place for grandmas style home cooking. The Catfish dinner is awesome.
