Dunn Brothers Coffee - Jefferson City

So, I came in this morning to pick up an order for a customer. I 'm an independent contractor for a food delivery app. I 've been here several times for that purpose. The service is usually curt and slow. The customer I picked up for asked me to grab some cutlery since their IHOP order came without it. I turned my car around, parked, and came back in. I told this to the girl at the register. She then proceeded to tell an older gentleman, I assume he 's one of the owners or management of some kind. He said She can go ask IHOP. I was stunned. This customer had just spent at least $20 on her drinks from your business and you can 't give her some 33 cent cutlery? (The average cost of restaurant to-go cutlery is 11 cents. She asked for 3. I had hoped to try this place sometime when I was off work, but if this is how you treat customers you won 't be getting any of my money. Not even 33 cents.

Delicious breakfast, great coffee, friendly people. They currently have limited hours due to staffing but this doesn’t affect them in the morning.

Sprinkled donut and malted nirvana is bliss! That was The Best Coffee Ever!! I believe they said it was Steamed, then it was poured over ice!
