Big Shot Bob's House Of Wings

This new restaurant is excellent, although it may be a bit pricey. Despite some negative reviews, I have ordered from them over 10 times and have never been disappointed. I first discovered them at RMU and instantly fell in love. While they may be slow, their quality is always top-notch, which makes it worth the wait in my opinion. The variety of sauces they offer is impressive, with enough options to fill a whole page in 12-point font. My personal favorite is the Napoleon Dynamite sauce. I recommend trying their boneless option for the best value. Give them a chance and be patient - once they work out the kinks, you'll be glad they're here.

This is my first ever written review. I placed an order for $130.00 and was shocked by the terrible presentation of the food. I received a full refund, but I will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

I would not even give this experience a 1-star rating, if it were an option. My boyfriend and I had ordered from this restaurant once before and it was decent. However, last night we spent $50 on wings and were extremely disappointed. The wings had no meat on the bone, just a fried and dry coating. One wing even looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The Honey Old Bay wings were drowning in honey and seasoning, making them almost inedible due to their small size and lack of meat. Overall, we were very disappointed with our order and would not recommend this restaurant.

So convenient being right down the street but food quality and value just awful. 18 wings and a sub all made wrong $50. Had to order a pizza after I threw it all out. I will point out the young kids running the place are trying hard and super polite. Hopefully they can get food quality right.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Wanted to love this place but that didn?t happen. We waited an hour and 20 min for food. Wings gave us bad stomachaches and the sauces were alright but thick and piled on. Bone-in wings were so-so. The fries were way too salty to eat. We had to toss them. The best part was the house salad (but minus some cheese). Worst of all, the employee who handed us the food was not wearing a mask. I asked if they wear masks while preparing food and he hesitated and said ?uhhhhh yeah they are back there? but just ?forgot? to put it back on... huh? To show that much indifference to other people... have the opinions on masks you want but in the service industry, you have to be extra safe.
