Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant in Bangalore serves delicious Maharashtrian cuisine. The green mint chutney was very tasty and I highly recommend trying the poha. I also bought some podis to take home and try later. A must-visit place!
We visited a popular street food stall in the 9th block of Jayanagar, Bangalore, near Big Bazaar. We ordered a takeout meal consisting of misal pav, sabudhana vada, and vada pav. The vadas were freshly roasted in front of us, piping hot and crispy. The vada pav was especially delicious. The sabudhana vada came with a green chutney and sweet yogurt. The misal pav included tangy thambde rasa, soft pav, a dash of spices, chopped onions, and a lime wedge. While the thambde rasa didn't meet our expectations, everything else was tasty. They also offer a variety of other Maharashtrian dishes. The prices are a bit on the higher side, especially for the spicy items, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Rajvardhan Eating in Jayanagar 9th Block is famous for its authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. We tried the puri subzi with shrikand and pav bhaji. The standout dish was the pav bhaji, with the soft and fluffy pav and perfectly spiced bhaji. The puris were good, but the subzi lacked salt and masala. We hope to try a better version of the subzi next time.
4 and not 5 stars for incrementing walking to lead their business. most items are great on the palette. personally liked the sabudana vada and vada pav. preisy, if in comparison other similar shops close. go for authentic maharashtrian fast eats. located directly in front of the central mall, the parking lot is on the roads with restrictions.
Very good Maharashtrian food available. Mostly preferred is via online food delivery platforms as parking is a big issue though and limited seating space outside. Prices although little on the higher side it's acceptable for Bangalore standards.
