Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food was good and warm. Not too busy. Pleasant atmosphere. Great dining room design.

I ordered a Zensation zalad. But this is what I got… someone bought a bag of ready made salad at Walmart. They dumped it on the platter and cut up 1 fried chicken finger and an egg roll…..awful….. then I got my grandbaby a 3 piece snack… the fries were cold and unseasoned and the chicken tenders taste like they had been fried in old oil. Just inedible… $30 down the drain. Thanks a lot.

Drove by at 8:00 on a Friday night and the lights were on but nobody home. So frustrating to be completely ignored when the restaurant is open.

Third time ever at a Zaxby's and was not disappointed. Enjoyed my Cobb Salad and Cheese Curds while hubby munched down on a Big Zax Snack Meal. Customer service was great and the wait time was minimal. We will return again when traveling that way. Very clean facility. Many blessings to all for the New Year!

It took us the better part of 20 minutes to place our order due to the line inside. The staff was doing their best to take care of the crowd. The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant while taking our order in spite of being in the weeds with so many orders and customers. After waiting 20 more minutes for our order, I asked the same young lady when I should become concerned about my order. She noted it had been picked up, which meant someone repurposed my meal for personal consumption . It was stolen. I doubt there was another Fred within 5 miles of this store that mistook my order for theirs. They were very apologetic and quickly made our food, and we were on our way. They have great food but this is not the place to stop off for a quick bite.
