Pilot Travel Center - Jasper

I don?t know what happened at this gas station but it?s beyond gross on the womens side. Stopped here on a late night Trip and regretted it. Don?t waste your time if you need a stop with nice bathrooms and staff

Stopped at this pilot location and paid for a shower, after waiting for about an hour, I started noticing that I hadn't seen an employee going into the shower area to clean and release showers... When I went up front to confront an employee by the name ofJessica, she ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. It seems as tho there is a problem with your subordinates doing theirjob! And Jessica needs some character training in customer service!

I had a great experience at the subway inside the pilot gas station thanks to Nathan. He was incredibly friendly and attentive with our order, making sure everything we wanted on our sandwiches was perfect and toasted just the way we asked. His hospitality truly stood out, and he definitely deserves a raise!

Justin was fantastic! However, Hailey had a bit of an attitude and may not be suited for a customer service role unless she can fully embrace a friendly approach. By 7:15 PM, all the soup containers were empty, highlighting the need for more staff at this busy location, especially in the evenings. The following morning, I noticed three employees gathered by the cash registers, chatting about a new Loves truck stop being built up the road, while one overwhelmed blonde girl was left to handle a long line of customers in the hot food area. I really felt for her. On a positive note, the facilities for showers and laundry were great, as was the parking situation. However, I found the meatloaf dinner to be quite overpriced for what was offered—no roll with butter either. I definitely won’t be ordering that again.

A fantastic spot to take a break as you head south past the Georgia border into Florida. The ladies’ restroom was clean and had four stalls, along with an accessible one. There were plenty of snack options available. However, this morning they appeared to have a lot of customers, which seemed to overwhelm the staff. Overall, it's a nice medium to large rest stop that is well-lit.
