Denny's - Jarrell

Stacy was great. Real early, she was alone and running the whole place exceptionally well. Very kind with kids, greeting regulars and making new friends. More of an old diner experience than a Denny’s. Food was fresh and fast. Great place for a pitstop when in the area.

As someone who’s worked in the service industry for 14 years seeing 4 servers and a bus boy struggling to handle 13 tables was frustrating. Took 35 minutes to get mine and my kids food then went most his meal without a beverage and had to take syrup from a dirty table cause we never saw our waitress again until she brought me the wrong check and took another 20 minutes to resolve that and cash out. Kitchen was slow but only saw one guy in the window.

My dad and I stopped for breakfast it is a tradition for us to stop on our way to the casino. The waitress that we had only brought us drinks. She said I don’t know if I can remember I would have to write down your order she never wrote it down. She never came back We sat there for 47 minutes waiting for food whenever everybody around us came and left, they all had their bellies full of food except us finally we asked your mom what time is our food gonna come out? She said I never put the order in. Y’all guys got free coffee y’all it was too fast for me and I just couldn’t remember what a freaking idiot , so if you guys want to sit down and get some free coffee, get her as your waitress I don’t know her name because I just named her idiot. Feel free to stop by there if you’re definitely not gonna get any food.

Service was outstanding. We went to 2 different Mexican restaurants in the area. Stood at the door for 10 minutes only to finally receive a menu another 15 minutes later.So we left and came here to Dennys and was instantly greeted, handed menus and server was amazing checking on us constantly. Food was great and will definitely be coming back here more often.

I'm a family of 8 the host said hold on she went to the waiter and said we have a big family and the lady said oh Lord and then she said yeah they were hardly any people there I told her I was going to go somewhere else and she said thank you she should have said no it's okay we will take you never will eat there again 3-30-24 12:20pm
