Too bad. a boss who seems indifferent. I ordered a magret with a dewdish kitchen, this one first arrived cooked to my taste, I had to return the dish. Once again, it arrived with a more dewed kitchen than the first but not the usual kitchen of a real rose duck magret. I don’t want to return the dish once again to avoid the waste, I’m talking about it when I put it in place for the restaurant’s boss, who answers me dry and constantly “I saw with the chef, he tells me that it’s a rosé cuisine, we don’t have the same definition of a rosé cuisine”. It's too bad.
