Starbucks - Jarabulus

A disaster! I always choose starbucks for coffee because its always high quality coffee.the taste of the coffee is much like the coffee. This starbucks shop in the mall was a disaster experience. We ordered a coffee and two lime ice tea. The coffee tasted like a nescafe instant coffee and the two ice tea was something else; a drink consist of milk with light coffee and ice ...! Give this to two kids who never tasted coffee and you will see the reactions. I complaint and said this is not lime ice tea. They claimed it was. I had to order a new ice tea and pay for it to show them that what i ordered is not ice tea. So they gave us two new one finally. The experience left a bitter taste in your mouth. Summary; No more Starbucks!

The famous dieucks, so don't describe anything about the menu. the personal is really nice and always helpful

A good place, the room is small and the balcony also. the taste is good and a little expensive.

Limited options, dirty and overpriced, I guess I am describing all starbucks branches but this is my honest opinion of the franchise in Turkey.
