I was with a group, when we entered the Rancho we were all surprised with the spectacular view they have, the attentions were excellent, the very good rooms, I definitely want to go back.
Excellent place to be in peace and quiet. An encounter with nature and its wonders. Natural landscapes, beautiful and cold streams. Here you can dedicate time to the person you love most and spend quality time. The rooms are comfortable. They have hot water. Temperatures at night can reach up to 20 degrees in summer and autumn. A la carte dinner according to the menu, good. American breakfast (lears, pancakes, bread, coffee, milk and Dominicans (scrambled egg, salami peas, mangrove and juice.
This place is no where worth the money it cost. I do not recommend this place to anyone! This establishment has hidden fees. Nothing included with your lodge purchase. Nothing. Not even a bottle of water. For instance, the standard room can comfortably sleep 6 people. However, there is an additional cost of 25 dollars per night per person for anyone other than the person to booked the room as if someone would come to this place alone. No food other than breakfast is included. The only good thing about this place is the view. You get a breathtaking view of the mountains. And they have a pool you can access 24 hours. If you do decide to stay here I would only recommend 1 or 2 nights the most. Any more and you will regret it.
In my case it was a deception, because before buying an offer they had called to express that I wanted a room with mountain view. They told me they'd give me their best room, supposedly what I wanted. When I arrive they give me a room that has no view anywhere and in which I must share common areas with other persomas, room, balcony, etc. I complain and try to give me another room that didn't have what I had requested, so I leave to another hotel in the area. I then request a refund in writing, appealing to your understanding, as I pay my stay at another hotel. After more than 10 days without answering, I call and when I go to the Manager this conversation begins with a tone to the defensive and ends up telling me a liar because I don't have in writing what you talk to your booking staff and I think I'm superior. I'd like to go back to a place where I retire decently, but the manager doesn't return my money tells me things that aren't. And try to blame me, daring to say I think I'm superior. If for every client who decently claims his rights will treat him like this, I assure you he will not be well. If the Manager had received my call with the same humility with which I received the employee taking the phone, I think he could have convinced me to return to his facilities, but from the beginning he showed himself to the defensive and questioning my affirmations. And to top all the time I was at the ranch, the manager was at the premises, he knew of my claim and at no time he contacted me, and he was also given my email and he was not worthy to answer me and much less to call me on the phone.
