Bidrage med feedbackAt 22:00 a.m. on a Friday night I had to wait a bit behind a few parties outside. I was a drunk guy who had his head on the table and took up a valuable escapade. (I ended up sitting right next to him, so I still had to do my eyes on him during my meal). when I made my selection on the touchscreen machine, I found the rainbow Vegan wheel in the special section. for what they get, this is a really expensive dish. the nudes are the superthin species that is not my favorite. there are some nice vegetables in the bowl, but there is no plant protein source or even yuzu, which their signature tastes in their omnivorous Rarmen offers. I liked the sun-dried tomato and grilled flower cabbage. the search for good vegan ramen continues.
When I first stopped by afuri in ebisu, they had run out of the vegan ritters, and I had to go somewhere else. that said if you go for this option, go early. if you enter this place, there is a machine where you need to order her smoker. the vegan ramen are clearly marked for those interested in this option. after the order, you pass your ticket to one of the workers when they ask for it, and then you wait for a place to sit. I think that's pretty efficient. now to the point. the vegan ramen looked nice and I was thrilled to dig my chiffel in it. But the broth needed help (it was bland) and made the whole suppe boring. the noodles were also super thin and were slightly overboiled. that said that was not pleasant and I did not eat more than half of my ramens/breast (and I always finished the broth). I hope that was fuke, maybe I'll try to see one of her sister's locations next time if there's a difference.
There is only a court (vegan ramen), but it is very beautifully done and beautifully presented.
One of my favorite wheel flute I was on. tastes great! fast and the automatic service is in japan a pillar and works every time. English is well speaking
I went to Afuri with my omnieating mum. She was able to get something she was satisfied with, and I was happy with my hot and tasty udon. You order and pay at the machine by the entry, then get seated once something is available. There’s only one vegan option (udon in broth with veggies) but it’s tasty, and still reasonably rare to come by vegan broth even in Tokyo!
