Suzuya - Japan

It is a restaurant in the center of takayama where you can try the fida meat known in the arch. it was a recommendation from our hostel in takayama and it was totally correct. the super friendly staff, in fact, the cook spoke a little Spanish and we were digging some words in that language. The food was exquisite. We tested a kind of sukiyaki and a nabemon also with fida meat, different fungi, tofu and many verduritas. It wasn't too expensive and we were very satisfied. highly recommended.
