Subway - Janesville

This place is great! good eating is pleasant and helpful. very ready to ask for special questions etc. I find it interesting that a review has just left a star review and his eating because he could not pay with a $50.00 bill. if there are signs clearly that they do not have bills over $20.00 there is no excuse for such if everything he had to do read only the signs that were clearly visible and yet another valuator gave a star to not get their burger. Uh, this is subway that doesn't sell burgers. that is crazy, people leave such reviews because it hurts company reviews. I would recommend this place again and again. lunch is crazy. but it is good: look at yourself!

Friendly staff, located at a great location. It was easily located and conveniently located next to the expressway. Dinning room like everywhere else is closed unfortunately. Located within a gas station so that makes it even more convenient. For those that are looking for a good meal while fueling up. Also removed from all traffic. Would recommend

If I had the option to leave negative stars I would. Worst subway experience I've ever had. It was if the every employee started today. Poorly made sandwiches and overcharged for multiple items. Unless you're in dire need of a sandwich right then and there, do yourself a favor and drive to the next exit.

I come here often for lunch and have experienced a range of issues with the employees, all except (1) employee. I can be contacted by corporate for the identification of these employees. There never seems to be any urgency while they work especially during a prime time. I have often seen employees eating behind the window/wall, come around from the wall still chewing food and not properly washing their hands. I have once spoke with a young girl claiming to be the manager when I went to address my concerns. She was unprofessional and was not dressed in cordinance with the uniform policy. I told her, With that attitude, I know I won 't get anywhere with you so I 'll contact corporate. Usually Thurs and Fri are the worst days to visit this location and they have the attitude as if anything goes. Furthermore, I shouldn 't have to ask to add more spinach to my 6 in sub. I 'm certain no one else would want just 3 spinach leafs on their sub. I was told, If you want more you have to ask. Here 's food for thought: How about, DO YOUR DAMN JOB EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY?!!

This is the messiest subway I’ve ever been so. So gross. Flies everywhere, the food is cross contaminated with every other bin. There was tuna slopped over the side into the beef! Soo nasty. All the veggies were mixed up with each other. The staff is rude as it gets, they didn’t even acknowledge the people who were waiting before me or myself for an awkwardly long time. Very careless people. There was one there who you could tell was actually trying though.
