Little Caesars Pizza - Janesville

Online ordered and paid, website said they are open until 9 a.m., we have a confirmation email that our order was ready at 7:10 a.m., we drove 15 minutes into the store just for the two employees keep the door closed from inside, they said that they are closed because it is only the two of them and they do not do something, try to find out the refund/ Cancellation process now

My order was cancelled for the 4th time. I drove there, wasn't happy. The so-called manager followed me to the door and got into my face! I will never order from here again, and I will never give a positive recommendation for this place. I'll tell people they're staying away from here!

The lady in the register was very nice I think her name was Shay (I'm not sure how to write it) very enthusiastic and had great energy! If you read the girl! In any case, do you hope to see again??

They canceled my order because they ran out of cheese. How does any pizza place just run out of cheese? The employees were very rude. They only sold what was hot and ready, so I got a pizza and two crazy breads with sauce. Apparently, because I didn't call it a crazy combo, the woman at the counter didn't understand that I wanted bread.... With sauce. I don't know how this place is.

Went in at 8:20 p.m., looking to get a hot and ready pizza or just order a pizza in general. The guy behind the counter told me they were closing up for the night. I asked him what time they close he said 9: 00 pm. Not sure why they can't make me a pizza if they are still open for 40 minutes, but hey. I will not be coming back. UPDATE. STILL A HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO DONT WORK.
