Fazoli's - Janesville

The food was decent, but we encountered an issue when their Italian Ice machine broke down, and it took 30 minutes for us to get a refund. On a positive note, the breadsticks were fantastic—hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person at the counter was overly chatty, cracking jokes and even coming into the dining area to tell more. Unfortunately, my meal was very salty, and the chicken tasted terrible. Another staff member in the dining room also interrupted our conversation, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the dining area was messy, with trash accumulating in the corner and rugs thrown over the seats of a booth. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've had in a long time, and it felt like just another restaurant trying to cut costs by underpaying their employees.

I visited this restaurant over three weeks ago, and unfortunately, it didn't go well. They mistakenly added bacon to my husband's pasta, which was supposed to have a regular red sauce and mushrooms, and he doesn’t eat pork. As a result, I had to share my dish with him. He called to speak with a female manager, who promised to send us coupons, but we never received anything. She didn't even inquire about our order or what had gone wrong. We work hard for our money and don’t dine out often, so when we do, we expect our food to be correct. That dinner ended up in the trash, wasting both our meal and our money. This has now happened two times in a row, and we won't be returning.

Great food! Best thing about the place is they have Italian drive thru! Easy, fairly quick dinner with baked spaghetti and crispy chicken bacon ranch salad. Easily located off the I90 in Janesville, WI. Awesome food. For the price! Dine in availablewith cozy spaces. Spacious parking. I?d have given 5 stars; Only catch, They could do with more friendlier employees though. We did take out(Covid reasons) and then I wanted to put the empty food containers in trash can. I had to go in since I couldn?tfind any outside. The server at the time didn?t seem to like that. (I understand she being unwelcoming for someone coming inwith trash in hands, but) I said the food was wonderful and she didn?t seem to care. Not even a single thank you or a simpleacknowledgment of any sort. They could definitely improve! But the food was very satisfying for the price.

We had a challenge finding this restaurant, having seen the sign on the Interstate for Fazoli's (one of our favs from time past but not available in AZ). Great service! Delicious food! And when Gabe brought my credit card that I left in the card reader,I was grateful. It's not easy to find this place, but well worth whatever extra effort you expend to find it (our challengesrelated to major road construction).
