El Neno Tacos Tortas - Janesville

Ordered $50 in food. Forgot the steak on my steak nachos. Birria tacos were also made wrong. Normally food orders are perfect.

The Steak Taco meal was proper. However, I have to agree with another reviewer that the meat was a bit too salty.

The service is declining. They hired some new lady and everytime she’s working I call to place my order and they pick up and hang up right away, multiple times. Even if I wait and call back up to 20 min later. They do the same thing, and when I go inside to order there is absolutely no one there, She’s rude and acts like she’s not working. Has her kids in the lobby and she can’t even take your order right when they’re there.

Trish is super sweet, always super nice. Open to answer any questions. Always on task, Cleaning tables when there no customer. Trying to keep the store clean at all costs. Always super helpful and such a kind hearted person. I just love her, she’s an awesome asset to the company

The birria burrito is the best!!! The staff is so friendly... All the meals are made home made every day.
