Meh really wanted some hot peppermint coffee decided to try dunkin cause the family wanted donuts but had to repeat my order several times wt the window didn't get the right donuts all the donuts including munchkins in bag together a small bag btwcoffee was not what I ordered no peppermint no whip topping tasted like black coffee should have just gone to kwik trip lessonlearned just cant wait till they shut this one down bring in something better instead

To be honest I like the donuts and they are accommodating to various drink edits. They are vary busy and sometimes seem understaffed. Hopefully they can find additional help. (I know it?s been tough since 2020)

So inconsistent with ordering. Doesn't matter what you order. Iced coffee tastes different every single time. Most of the employees are very rude and don't treat you very kindly. Then when you ask nicely to remake a drink because it's absolutelydisgusting they are so disrespectful to you like you are the problem. Really? It's not rocket science to make iced coffeepeople!
