The experience was quite disappointing. I found a fly on my donut, and the staff, particularly one woman, gave me a very unwelcoming look. The attitude of the people here was quite rude. It's important to remember that flying insects can find their way in if doors aren't properly closed or sealed, which could have prevented this issue.

I was quite impressed by Olga at The Jive while enjoying a beer! Not only is she easy on the eyes, but she also manages the bar exceptionally well. She quickly clears out the ashtrays and greets guests with a warm smile. You really feel welcomed as soon as you get your drink! This bartender definitely deserves a perfect score of 4 out of 4 for her performance! I’ve chosen to share a picture of the bar instead of Olga out of respect for those in the service industry. After long and hard days, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and we all appreciate the warmth and excellent customer service you provide!

I would rate my experience a perfect five stars. I visited this place with some friends to enjoy a drag show on the rooftop after having dinner at Fusion. The dinner was delicious, the drag show was fantastic, and I ended up spending about twenty minutes gambling and still couldn't bring myself to leave. Overall, it was a wonderful day!

This is one of the smaller casinos in SD CA, but it is one of the best they care about u in so many ways and offer something every day of the week and always clean and the staff are always helping full and the slots are really losing

The employees are extremely helpful and they explained any question we had. We ate at Gwynn?s Sports Bar, the food was excellent and very big portions. Definitely my favorite Casino.
