My wife and I had our first date at outback. As a tradition now, I take her back each year for our anniversary. We have two children (3&5), so money is tight and we don’t get to eat out much. So when we do, it’s usually a special occasion. When the owner found out from our waiter that it was our anniversary, he personally came out, said congratulations and presented us with a small box of chocolates. A little personal touch like that goes a long way. I expressed my gratitude and told him a funny story about the night of our first date. On a busy evening where I’m sure he had more important things to do than listen to me ramble, he took the time to listen to me reminisce and tell my story. Flash forward 10 minutes later, and the owner reappears, this time with a $20 voucher towards our next meal to encourage us to come back again some time soon (waiting a year for the next anniversary stinks lol). If this gave me the option to give them a 6th star, I would in a heartbeat. Ps: I declined to comment on the food or waiter, because AS ALWAYS, the food was phenomenal and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Well done

We had the best service ever at this restaurant. Tammy S. was fantastic - she was kind, quick, and we will definitely be returning because of her. Outback, please make sure to keep her on staff!
