The Dragon Pit - Jamestown

Food was overcooked, the chicken strips is supposed to come with 3 strips but only had 2 in all 4 meals, guess they rip you off if you carry out and then the person who took our order was very rude when I tried to get it corrected and threatened to spit in my food. Had to try to call for over an hour as the phone was off the hook, then she wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. Would not recommend this place.

The menu is extremely limited and what they do serve, is the same as any Jamestown mom pop restaurant. Prices were good, service was good but if you want anything other than a burger, go to Crossville. The dessert menu has more to offer than their food menu. waitress even warned us not to eat the salad bar. we won't be back unfortunately, just not enough choices. btw i did like the sink that was in between the restrooms. 5 ? for that! However, the filthy knife that was wrapped in my napkin was disgusting!

They have difficulty with delivering food at the same time for the table. The food is ok but they need to have better management running the business

Oh sweet artery clogging goodness from heaven, this place is great lol. It was super quiet, the staff was really attentive and pleasant (but not enough to be annoying! and the catfish was spectacular! I don't think we've ever demolished a plate of fried pickles so fast!

Very good, freshly cooked food. Nice salad bar. Excellent service!
