Taco Bell - Jamestown

Only got part of my order, food was thrown together and sloppy. I’ve worked food before, so I can understand how it happens but this is a more common occurrence than not. Dayshift is great, night shift is good if certain people is there, just wish they would verify

When you go in at night make sure you talk loud one of the guys are half deaf and screwed up our order. The other guy had to fix it. Other than that the place is clean and we got our food.

If Sally is on the clock, you couldn't ask for a better place. However, you can definitely tell when she isn't there. 5 stars if she's there. One star if she isn't.

HORRIBLE service! Doesn 't deserve even 1 star. Went in on Sunday afternoon ordered on the kiosk takeout. Waited waited waited for our food, along with several other people. Went to counter to ask about our food (not in a rude way at all) the pregnant girl said with a terribly rude attitude it 'll be out when it comes out ... The other girl told another customer that drive thru takes precedence. Um, no, work out a system to alternate between the 2... If not, hire more people who are actually polite, or shut the place down!A coupon for a free basic taco was thrown in the bag with no apology at all.

Jamestown Taco Bell is the only Taco Bell I've been to that consistently gets my order correct. Every. Time. Always hot and fresh. Super friendly.
