Rawhide Meat Processing - Jamestown

As others have stated, my good friend brought a deer of his in to this place for harvest. When he picked up his packaged meat months later, when defrosted, would smell like nasty rotten meat. This guys freezers is tainted ?

Stopped in on our way back to Buckley Washington from Sonora and got the best beef jerky I have gotten in years.

Another great year of beef from local ranchers. Really really enjoying this counties grass fed steaks with just sea salt and a little garlic, that takes good natural flavor and that's hard to find. The access to beef and pork fat for rendering has allowed our diet to move away from gmo oils. I don't know what we'd do without our local country butcher. Great prices and great taste make it easy to come back year after year.

I am a newbie to trying Rawhide Meat Processing, but what I have had is delicious! I am now making a point to make this place one of my regular stops. You have got to try them out

Today was my first time visiting rawhide meats in Jamestown, customer service was TERRIBLE. When I left I told myself I am not supporting this company. I bought 2 pounds of stir fry beef. After defrosting and opening the packaged meat I noticed it smelled HORRIBLE. I fried one piece to taste it and it was so bad I spit it out. I will be on the hunt for a different local rancher. ?
