4 Below Haggy's Grill - Jamestown

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, which were much cheaper than those in downtown Buffalo. I couldn't believe it only cost $36 for an appetizer, a Cuban sandwich, and Cajun chicken Alfredo, plus a Jack and Coke, a beer, and a cola. The place was also clean and had dim lighting that made us all look a little more attractive. Overall, a great dining experience!

We sat at the lower tables in the front and the kids felt welcomed. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing. Food was a little slow due to having two cooks that were brand new that week, but we were updated regularly and it was SOOO good and worth the wait. Great value, as well. We had the Bavarian Soft Pretzel Chips, the Cubano, the Cracked Wings and Fries, House Salad with steak, and the UFO Blueberry and Raspberry beers. Stop in when you have some time toenjoy the atmosphere and try some new drinks.

Excellent prices! The menu is à la carte, with everything priced under $4. They clearly put a lot of effort into renovating the space. I tried the buffalo chicken wrap, which was just the right level of spice. The wedge salad was incredibly fresh. The decor is trendy, featuring exposed brick and a stunning floor. There’s plenty of technology available, including phone charging stations at the bar. It's conveniently located right downtown, just a short walk to the Lucille Ball Little Theatre and the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts.

We were on a short holiday in the CHQ area and stopped in here on Saturday night for beers and bar food. The place has a nice vibe, the bartender was very friendly, the beer was great and the food was just right lobster bisque and bavarian pretzel pieces with jalapeno cheese. We struck up a conversation with Jared and Bridget, a young h&w from the area and discovered that we all had an affinity for comedy, so it was a perfect evening. Will return next trip, for sure.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Mary is an outstanding waitress. The pretzel bites are fantastic, and my favorite dish is the crack wings. They also have a good selection of beer, and the prices are reasonable.
