The people come in and really elevate the atmosphere. Perhaps they close the doors for a year to prepare for the event! In addition to the amazing decorations, the food is excellent! I especially loved the complimentary dessert!

My partner was truly surprised! We got engaged 25 years ago at White Castle, and celebrating Valentine's Day there with all the special touches was the perfect surprise for him. The staff was fantastic, and our server was both attentive and courteous. The manager even surprised us with a lovely gift: a bag filled with Hershey's Kisses. It was a wonderful way to commemorate this occasion. Thank you for a beautiful evening and for creating great memories that we will cherish in the years to come!

Valentine's night was special. all the workers were there and our server was absolutely wonderful.

The menu is incredibly misleading and the workers refuse to recognize this, even on Valentine 's Day. 2 impossible sliders is listed in the Combos and Packs section for $3.98, even though the true price is nearly $8 (which is not listed ANYWHERE on the special V-Day menu). Also, they insist on having you pay a random price before showing you an actual receipt.

Everything was fine. I would suggest adding some music to enhance the atmosphere.
