Juice product is good but they are lacking in customer service more kindness would change everything

Bad customer service when I made a call to ask about my order that I Purchased online the guy told me why I keep calling and it got me really upset I just think that wasn’t professional and that’s not how u talk to customers at all especially loyal customers just because you don’t know who’s who on the phone don’t mean to speak to them in a bad manner , it is your job to help me with my order that I purchased thru y’all website with my MONEY . BE NICE OR DONT PICK UP THE PHONE

This is the best restaurant in Jamaica! I highly recommend it. The customer service is top-notch - they are very friendly. Additionally, the restaurant is always clean and everything is fresh. I highly recommend trying the detox wrap, it is the best wrap on the menu.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I will not be ordering from them again until they improve their servers.
