Mcdonald's - Jamaica

Only visited this location to the breakfast and ordered by the drive-thru. the lines are short and the service is fast, I usually drive with my breakfast in approx. 5-10 minutes. my orders are always accurate and delicious.

Service here is a funky, but the personal is friendly and get the job done. that eat here is right. Unfortunately, because this is the end of the line on the F train there are many homeless and vagunds. please try to do a better job to keep the atmosphere safe and safe.

If I order fresh french fries with extra salt on it, it is because I want exactly that. not for rude fellow workers to give me old Saggy fries with salt packages on the side, I mean, I know they make minimum wages, but it is their job! if they are too lazy to meet customer needs, just stop and stay home ratchet and always rude!

The worst customer service, the actress looks like she's high, the manager has a very annoyed face. I ordered eating and my number was skipped after the dame in the register said to take some more items longer than others, instead of asking the crew to make a bigmac because the dame in the register just stood there nothing like a zombie. So I asked the manager and he saw the ticket confused and asked the crew to make a bigmac, I waited an additional 10mins (total 25-30mins) and decided to go. I will receive a refund on my credit card and not visit this place again, first and last time.

Worst McDonalds ever.Waited on the line for 30 minutes they keep telling us to wait.The night staff that was on duty 9/5/22 at 2:20 am told us to go to Checkers to get our meal.Totally unprofessional
