This is a specialty supermarket and bakery all in one! I wanted a pastry on my way home so I stopped in here and had no idea what I was ordering lol. But I got the cheese Pastry which was 2/$1 and the pineapple tart which was also 2/$1. They were both lovely and would taste even better warmed. The crust was crumbly but not overly dry. The cheese roll was salty and savory and slightly spicy I loved it! The pineapple tart was a little too sweet for meee but still good
Unprofessional. I called to inquire about the price of a Guyanese black cake and as soon as I said Good evening, the person who picked up the phone hung up. You lost a potential customer with the rude behavior.

Was craving some Guyanese pastry, google directed me to this spot on Liberty Avenue, Queens. Highly disappointed at the cheese rolls, pine tarts and cheese straws. The worst. Hard doughy. Cheese straws were spicy pepper biscuits. What happened to good tasting flaky authentic Guyanese pastries.
