Dunkin' - Jamaica

Quick service but when you speak to someone you expect a response as far as an order is concerned. No acknowledgement but got the job done. Weird.

I visited Dunkin Donuts today, and I was there yesterday too. I just can't get enough of their large caramel ice cream coffee with half-and-half!

The service was quick, but when I spoke to someone about my order, I didn't receive any confirmation. However, the order was completed. It was a bit strange.

I’m not sure what it is, but they serve one of the best vanilla spice drinks here. I’ve visited five other Dunkin locations, and this one stands out. The staff is efficient and communicates well with customers, and I appreciate that they are wearing masks!

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! There were only a handful of customers, yet the staff was incredibly uncoordinated. With just one or two people at a time, everyone kept leaving the order area and bumping into each other while trying to prepare small orders. I ended up waiting a long time for someone to take my order!
