Anita's Roti Shop - Jamaica

I tried the duck roti at this restaurant and it was something I had never seen before. I originally came in for something else, but when I saw this dish on the menu, I knew I had to try it. The thin, crispy bread was perfect and the duck was succulent and delicious. The meat had small brown markings that added to the flavor. As someone who prefers dark meat when eating chicken, I found the duck to be very satisfying. It was so good that I ended up ordering two more to take home after finishing my meal. I was in Queens for work and made sure to come back for more of this delicious dish.
