Lucky DhAba - Jalandhar

I visited Lucky Dhabha and had a terrible experience. During lunch, my friend ordered tea at the table but the staff refused to deliver it, insisting that we go outside and order it ourselves. The staff acted as if they were superior to the customers. In my opinion, this restaurant is on the verge of a downfall.

I am writing this review while sitting in the restaurant. I decided to come here because it was highly recommended by everyone. However, it seems that as some restaurants become more popular, only a few people are able to remain polite and professional. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. There is no respect for customers, and they question whether you will order something to eat or just chai. If you only want chai, they act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a table. I believe some restaurants are responsible for their own downfall. I am disgusted by this experience.

Having aloo paratha and coffee before 11 am is a great way to start the day. The food is not greasy and is freshly made, which is very tasty. The service is quick as well. My only suggestion would be to clear the tables before inviting guests to take a seat. Overall, feeding 7 people for less than 2500 rupees is a great deal.

The WORST SERVICE I have ever had in my whole life. Staff asked me if you are having meal then you can sit inside And if you are having dosa burger or snacks etc then you have to sit outside of the restaurant in hot weather Is this a joke or you don't have manner how to treat with your valuable customer Dude, if you have this kind of policy then why you have placed menu inside the restaurant or why don't you paste a banner or poster of the same inside as well as outside so that customer will not face this kind of insult The management should understand this NO CUSTOMER NO BUSINESS Note : I am giving you only one start unfortunately there is no zero rating

Lovely fresh hot tasty aloo paranta with natural yoghurt, yummy! It’s a walk in service, and we went approx 10 am, which actually worked out better as we were the served after a busy room, there was a slight delay and second request for another round of paranta but worth the wait!
