Sara, the lady who was serving coffee, was very rude. We tried to sit inside as it was raining all day and was cold. I was with 2 kinds who were cold because of raining and totally wet. There were no guests inside. But when I asked whether it was possible to switch of the air conditioner (the caffe was very small and there were no places in the area out of air conditioning), Sara said me: “Are you kidding me?
