Harrigan's Drift Inn - Jacobs Well

I'm shocking to be honest at 16 o'clock for a table we had reserved for six. - chairs line up everywhere --grubbish on the floor - food and teller still on the table. we asked the bardame after a cloth to clean the table - service at the bar was slow - that was eating was substandards and in some cases cold we could clearly see that the place was underoccupied and there was no administration or organization. we can safely say that they lost 6 customers and we will never return.

A beautiful location but the service is below satisfactory. not enough staff at the bar. the girl who had taken the food orders last night from 18 o'clock was so annoying and had such an acidic look on her face, it was very clear she wanted not to be there! the toilets were in a disgusting chaos, the mülleimer were overrun and there was paper towel on the floor! eating is a 6 /10.

A group of elderly diners came for lunch specials. They loved it and sat on the patio to enjoy the view. The service was excellent, and we all enjoyed our $15 special meals.

My husband and I dine at this restaurant once a week and every meal we have had has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and always remembers our preferred table and drinks. I can't imagine what anyone would have to complain about regarding the meals. The portions are generous, often leaving me unable to finish my meal. Even though salads are typically expensive at the supermarket, they do not skimp on them here.

Group of young men (ex supervisor) were allowed to take a previously reserved table outside (prime position) and slap the reserved sign on an inside table. Meanwhile, the actual patrons turned up looking very lost and confused as to why their reserved sign was on...a table inside. This elderly group also had a dog which obviously shows they had been expecting to sit outside. Salad had seen better days, too.
