Huhn's okay when it always seems to be a little over boiled. how the oil is too high. compare to the store on 17 at nas jax.
These zaxbys have been terrible since the kovid hit. it seems as if these zaxbys frightened or forgotten how to have in the guests. the restaurant is always dead lately the drinks machines are always down. I really want to see better. that means eating is always 4-5 stars, but 3 stars for indoor dining areas.
Where do I start? Place online order at 6:26 P.M. on 8-29-2022. App says order will be ready at 6:31. Pull up and enter the store at 6:30. Waited in the store for 19 MINUTES!!! 19 minutes? Why? It wasn't busy inside by any means. So I finally get our food and head home. Get home and open the box. 3 CHICKEN STRIPS!!! Mine AND my wife's. That means if they short 2 more people then the store gets to serve a 4 piece at no cost to them. Do they do it in purpose? They don't even have a 3 piece meal. Maybe a kids meal but I'm not sure never ordered one. The receipt clearly stated 4 piece. No I didn't check before I left. I was already frustrated with the wait time. I also expected that in general people can count to 4. Now I can't even leave comments through customer support because it will not list ANY locations. Just go somewhere else I know I will. It's not worth the frustration.
Waited 10-15 minutes for a pick up order that was quoted to be ready at 8:00pm. Meanwhile the drive thru that was wrapped around when I went in was basically empty by the time I left. Gives the impression you all ignore the online orders and focus only on drive thru. If it’s going to be a longer wait then drive through then you all should be considerate of your customers and have the food made when promised or take the option off. This is every time I come to this location only
