Wendy's - Jacksonville

Alexis is Amazing!! Such a great addition to the Wendy's team.. So I come thru the drive thru.. Ready to order my food.. When i realize there are New Menu items(Haven't been in a while) I hesitantly ask what goes on each burger,she guided me thru the whole Menu,most people get agitated having to answer what goes on each burger,but she answered with no hesitation and stayed pleasant thru the entire process.. After finally deciding what I want .. I get to the Window and then decide I want French Fries lol.. Such like a woman to never know what she wants right lol . I kindly asked if I can add it to my order and she said yes with a smile,McDonalds would of told me drive around but any who.. My whole experience was great. The food was hot and I had no problems at all, Thankfully.. Because of Alexis and the great experience she gave me I will definitely be coming back. She made the experience great !! #TeamAlexis

The service is slow slow slow slow slow. If you 're wanting fast food, go somewhere else. If you 're willing to wait around for 20-30 minutes for your meal, go to a different restaurant.

I'm always in and out of Jacksonville AR, Wendy's is my favorite.. secret menu items for me!!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is js enough and if they are bigger kids the biggie bags work nicely. Well price

Always good food. Drive through was a little backed up, especially for late at night.

Really I went to wendy’s and ordered 1 small chocolate frosty, a medium vanilla frosty and a medium chocolate frosty to house and had a small chocolate a medium vanilla and what I thought was a medium chocolate and it was a small one in a medium cup stuck pictures see! check their order before they left people!
