Toscana Little Italy - Jacksonville

Went out with my family while in Jax and wanted to find an Italian restaurant. This place was cute, and reasonably priced. Food was actually pretty good but we all felt bloated afterwards.

The new ambiance is gorgeous with a modern and inviting feel. The food is exceptional, with generous portions - the lasagna is a standout favorite. This is now my top choice for dining out. I highly recommend it.

My last dining experience wasn't very exciting. I ordered angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and salmon. While the quality was good, I found the taste to be lacking in flavor.

This place is a hidden gem, we were seated right away and were immediately greeted by John who made us feel at home right from the start, John gave a tour guide of the entire menu as well as the specials and he seemed really proud of food we were about to experience , he suggested a bottle of wine as well the the brussel sprouts which were amazing i had the grouper as soon as John told me thats the chefs signature dish outstanding John really put a great experience over the top..well done...John also made sure to let us know how amazing the pizza and suggested we try toscana pizza, well guess what the very next day i ordered a large pizza for me and my wife and it was outstanding !

Food was good but pricy…. And bread came too late. Dishes were tasty but small servings.
