TGI FRIDAYS - Jacksonville (South)

They took a while to give us our food. They completely prepared the wrong order for one person. The kids' burger sliders were kind of crispy and over cooked, so the kids didn't want to eat them. The rest of the food was really good.

We had a party of 18 and the service/waitress was terrible. All the kids drinks were messed up. The alcoholic drinks had to much sour in them. The is orders came out to the wrong people. We waited almost 45 minutes before the drinks even made it to the table. No refills were offered. It was too much for one waitress. Never again will we do a family birthday there because I don't want to be embarrassed by the service anymore. My tab was over 100.00 and i was not satisfied.

Our food was not even hot, but not super cold. Our hamburgers were not cooked properly and my children were sick from the food that night. I would not come back here again.

We dined here on Valentine 's Day. It was not busy. My partner 's food came out before mine did, by about 10 minutes. It was an awkward meal due to the service staff. Our server was very friendly, but there were other managers lingering around who found it necessary to observe our meal. In the end, we found they had mistakenly upcharged my partner 's flat iron to a NY strip, prior to paying. It was corrected, but the manager seemed a bit hostile about it; without accusation.

The waiter was nice. It's been a while since I been here and I forgot if this place was any good. The place is in a good location but next time for a big party I think I will be going somewhere else. The prices was decent but it could be a bigger portion for the prices. Some of the food was okay it can be better.
