Bidrage med feedbackGreat service, the portions for tacos were huge. The pork with banana leaf was amazing. The ribeye #2 and chorizo was close 3rd. The corn was delicious along with chips. The Mexican beer selection was quite extensive.
Great tacos that are filled up!!!! The place is really small on the inside, but then opens up to a really nice outdoor patio with string lights and lots of greenery. The guacamole is really good, a bit on the high price point, but enough for 2-3people. I ordered an Al Pastor (available Friday Saturday only) and it was good (a little dry) ,but the Cochinita Pibl was myfavorite! My boyfriend ordered the Al pastor and chicken, but got served the ribeye instead. Luckily, it was really good and hedidn?t mind!
Visited for the first time while in town. Decor and ambience is really cute. AMAZING plant decor outside in patio area. The vibe was definitely awesome and loved loved loved their music selection! Service was good and food came out relativelyquickly. Food: We had the chips and salsa as a starter and it was meh. The tacos were fresh and flavorful and the tortillaswere fantastic. Only negative is that the tacos were so full of meat/protein it was hard to fold to eat. We ordered extratortillas to work around it. But otherwise the flavors were on point. The churro desert was perfectly bite-sized just a bit toodoughy but good option for dessert. The arroz con leche was totally disappointing as I was expecting the traditional arroz conleche which is soupy and infused with flavor. Their version of it was three rice balls rolled in coconut shavings on a bed ofdulce de leche. May be the Chef?s creative angle but not for the Latin enthusiast looking for the real deal. Drinks: The whitewine sangria was delicious however the house margarita had way too much salt and it was undrinkable. Overall experience: Gladwe tried it since we were new and visiting the area but I?d probably explore another taco place next time.
This is my second time eating at Cinco and it did not disappoint. Service was great, got our order and food quickly. The tacos had tons of flavor. Really loved the guac. Parking was easy. Great spot to pop in and grab a bite.
OMG! I don?t know why I didn?t find this place earlier! It can get busy, be warned, but with good reason : The margarita was pretty standard, nothing too crazy, but well made. THE CHORIZO taco is to die for ???? if nothing else go for that. Waitresswas also very lively and kind. As of right now, I?d classify this place as the best tacos in all of Jacksonville.
