Taco Bell - Jacksonville

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and they always ensure I have plenty of sauce. Other Taco Bells should take notes from this one!

In a world where budget has always been easy to find. Inflation has now found Taco Belll. The average meal is now $10/per person. However, the comfort of the food is still there. Taco bell order was correct no one went to bed hungry upset over their order!

It was passed 10:00pm on a Friday, the line on the drive thru was long but it moving fast considering the time and amount of customers. They served the ordered accurate and it was fresh and delicious. I was very satisfied with this visit.

In my recent visits, I encountered a couple of issues: once my son's chicken quesadilla had only half the chicken, and another time my Dorito taco was missing the Dorito shell. Despite these hiccups, the staff's excellent customer service has made all the difference. Over my 30 years of visiting Taco Bell, I can confidently say that this location has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I'm 40 years old and a lifelong resident of Mandarin, but I’ve also spent some time in St. Petersburg, so I've frequented Taco Bell for nearly three decades. I’m giving this place a solid five stars because customer service is crucial! There’s one staff member, in particular, who genuinely loves his job and really stands out. If you visit this location, you'll know exactly who I mean; his enthusiasm and dedication to his role are impressive. He embodies the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics that are essential in the business world. Great job, Taco Bell team!
