Taco Bell - Jacksonville

I ordered by uber isst from taco bell on normandie blvd tonight 26. august and I see in the bag that they only put the packing in the bag with nothing in them as they see on the picture? then! I look at my other 3 soft tacos and I see some small looking pommes inside. I wondered why the soft tacos were small?

My issue was, they have you leave a review right after you order. My son did the survey. Before getting your food. They tell you you'll get a free taco. When we got our $45 dollar order, and got home, most of it was wrong. Don't leave a review on a place, till you get what you order first. Bribing customers for good reviews, makes for bad business.

I keep giving this location multiple chances. I always love Taco Bell. This is the closest one to me. Every time fail. I think the workers are too busy on their phones and not paying attention. I missed a burrito in my online order. They handed me two boxes and I asked “ is the chipotle melt in there as well?” Confused that they handed me boxes without a bag. She said “yeah it’s in there” I had 19 cars behind me in line when I stopped to check all my sauces and everything crammed in the Taco boxes. I took her word for it. drive all the way home and wait for my man to get off work and guess what’s not there? I’m writing the review only because this location sucks every time I go to it. It’s $1.69 for a burrito but it’s the point. Get it together Normandy tacobell.

They were seriously under staffed and the staff that was there tried letting me say a couple of things I wanted then stopped taking my order to make the food I just asked about instead of allowing me to finish ordering then assisting with food preparation. It's not a wise choice for running the business that way, I felt sorry for the staff and serious pity for the owners.

Food well made but always long line and no sense of urgency or care. Always takes their time and takes a long time at that. Expect a 25 minute wait before even getting to order most times. Food will be fresh and great though.
