Love this place, great study spot and all the workers are super nice. On the other hand tho, can there be some sort of rule for starbucks like if you're going to sit inside, no super young kids? It's obvious most of the people here usually have a laptop or something to get work done, and it isn't exactly easy with 6 screaming kids running around.
They make the best drinks. Prices keep going up unfortunately, so I drink less now.
I usually overlook the terrible parking lot situation that they seem to completely ignore. But today they decided that they were going to close their lobby and not update the app for mobile orders. When I got there a lady was walking away with her drinks, I knocked on the door because I didn 't have time to go through the driveway and the app won 't let you cancel your orders. They completely ignored me knocking and turned their phone off so no one could call in. So that I wasn 't out money I went through the drive through line and they couldn 't give a reason the lobby was closed and as for the app only their manager can do that. I guess it was too much to call their manager to do it. Absolutely terrible customer support.
I typically come to this location about twice a week and have great service; however I will no longer come here due to this experience. I ordered off the mobile app; like i typically do, but once I got to the store the inside was closed. I called to see if someone could kindly bring my order out as i did not have time to wait in the drive thru (which is why I did mobile) and she said she could not at this time. This was AFTER I saw her bring a man his order and AFTER I saw her ask the other man his name to bring him his order. By time she returned with the other man’s order there was 3 of us waiting outside to see if we could be helped. When I asked again if she could assist; she told us no she could not, closed and locked the door in our faces. If stores are not open inside for mobile orders, the app should show they are not available if there is no one willing to assist. And to the young lady that wanted to be selective to who she wanted to help today, this was the RUDEST experience I’ve ever had in any place of service.
