Star Caribbean - Jacksonville

The food was quite good, but unfortunately they did not have the dish I wanted to order at that time. The woman at the front counter had a lovely personality and was very easy-going. She informed me about the unavailable items so I was able to choose something else. While the staff who prepared the food weren't particularly friendly, I imagine they may have been having a difficult day. However, once I received my food, I found the chicken to be very flavorful, but my favorite part was the cabbage. It was some of the best cabbage I've had from a Caribbean restaurant in a long time. It was absolutely delicious. I plan on coming back to try something new in the future.

A friend recommended this restaurant to me, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! The food was full of flavor, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The wait wasn't too long, only about 15 minutes before I got my food. I ordered the oxtails and they were amazing. The rice was cooked perfectly and the cabbage was delicious. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this place. Even if you're not nearby, it's definitely worth the trip. I can't wait to go back and try the curry chicken next time!

The Caribbean brown stew chicken is a burst of flavors! The chicken is tender, and the sauce is divine. Prepare for a culinary delight!

Stars Caribbean is by far the best Caribbean restaurant in Jacksonville. The service is outstanding as well as the food!!!

I absolutely love Star Caribbean , Family owned love love the atmosphere, there quality service amazing and the food sooo delicious.i can’t stay outta here .. Thanks guys Dani from furniture source blanding . I’m always in the building
