Red Lobster - Jacksonville

Eddie was a great help, he had so much great energy you could tell he liked his job... Best service by far! Thank you Eddie!! Happy new year, well be back.

Late lunch 1:30 pm. Not terribly crowded, but it took 15 minutes to get a drink. The chowder was all broth. Half the lettuce in the caesar salad was brown and wilted. Shrimp in the salad was dry and cold. Chicken in my wife's salad was skimpy. Waitress forgot my second drink order. We watched her bring the party's order at the next table in 3 separate deliveries 10 minutes apart.

No steak : But we loved our server Big Bad John and he definitely made up for it with his friendly service and timely attentiveness. JOHN FOR PRESIDENT 2025

Ms. Gwen was a very cordial hostess. Our server, Ms. Marie was very pleasant and Ms. Tracy was very polite. I think it should be noted that there was a shortage of servers and these ladies worked hard to ensure that we all were seated and served as quickly as possible. I appreciate the extra effort extended to accommodate each of your customers today. Great job!

Out for the weekend in Jacksonville and we decided to come to Red Lobster. It was early afternoon so there were just the two of us and a couple CB of other people. Staff were very welcoming and even said they were happy we chose Red Lobster to dine! nobody says that! I chose the new Shrimp bowl dish and it was excellent. My husbands fish sandwich was very good too. Food well presented, drinks all day for $5 you can’t beat with your meal. Most importantly our server and bartender was someone called Eddie. Best service ever. So polite courteous and attentive to our needs. Special thank you Eddie for making it a great experience . We would come back because of him. I just hope someone higher up reads this and acknowledges what a great employee they have. Food, service five stars.
