Q-cup Boba Tea - Jacksonville

A group of five of us enjoyed our meals and Boba. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great; it felt like we could just sit wherever and had to figure out our orders on our own. There were no refills on the regular drinks. Despite the lack of service, the food was delicious and served hot, so we will likely return.

Q-Cup is quite an intriguing place. In short, the excellent food overshadows everything else. It was my first visit, so I’ll explain how it works so you don’t end up standing around like I did. Upon arrival, simply take a seat, and they will bring you a menu. Once you're ready, head to the counter to pay (they don’t bring you a receipt). I recommend trying the combination pho. The broth was rich and flavorful, and there was a great variety of meats in generous portions. The tendon was cooked to perfection, probably the best I've ever had. Overall, it was an impressive experience.

This restaurant truly feels like my second home. The atmosphere is inviting, the food is delicious, and the family-style service is warm and friendly. Everything from the pho to the noodle dishes is outstanding. They also offer a wide variety of drinks, including boba and milk teas. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

My crazy teens wanted to try the Boba tea and we each got a drink. THEY'RE PHENOMENAL!! The older man that assisted us was friendly and prompt. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to try new things.
