Noodles And Company - Jacksonville

That was my first visit to Noodles Co. It has the POTENTIAL to be a good place, but unfortunately that WAS NOT my experience on this occasion. I ordered the app for me and two friends. When I arrived to pick up our order, I was told they were out of the chicken. (We ordered all chicken dishes. which has already been paid. They offered to replace another protein, but the dishes were already made, so that the proteins were just given in togo containers. The proteins had to be boiled so that the pasta dishes were only cold on the counter for a further 15 minutes. I saw this scenario happen while I was waiting. No one has apologised or offered something (drink while you wait? for inconvenience, delays etc. I'm sorry that made a big difference. Finally we received our order, we only came home to find that they had forgotten the cookies. (I saw 2 persons, including the Mgr check the order and they were busy so we did not take time to unpack and repack the order in the store. Maybe not a big deal, but the 3 missing cookies cost over $8. Now I have to call and try to get a refund. I also saw another customer coming back for missing items. As expected, the food was cold. Pasta heats well, and the dishes tasted good. I'm willing to give them another chance in the future, but their mgt must bring their act together. I was very excited to eat here, so it was very disappointing.

We had the Pad Thai. Tasted great. Would have been 5 stars, but the egg in the noodles looked like an omelette/large scrambled eggs. Prices were also very reasonable.

This company is very unprofessional. Their GM and their workers (the GM kids) are very disorganized. When I arrived there to pick up my order they didn't have my order. They told me they would take my order and bring it to my car. I waited 20 mins. When I came back my order still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and the GM told me I had to wait until everyone else in a long line ordered to get my refund. I called their corporate number, but it's disconnected and the other corporate number tells you to write an email. This company has had the worst customer service I've encountered in a while. Also, their meals are tiny portions and not worth the money.

I have never heard of this place. However, the 3 Cheese Tortellini Rosa was delicious. Service was surprisingly fast and very friendly. It may have been my first time dining there, but it won't be the last.

The variety of noodles and flavors you can get here is great! You get a good amount of food. I loved the steak stroganoff but the mac and cheese lacked enough flavor and cheese. Their zucchini noodles are really good. Service was decent.. nothing too special.
