Bidrage med feedbackThe food wasn't great. I ordered the teriyaki chicken rice, but it didn't taste very good. The rice was a bit crispy, and the chicken was tough to chew. I also wouldn't recommend bringing food home from here; it didn't taste good the next day.
This was my first time dining here. I found the Hibachi Chicken and Steak to be quite dry. Unfortunately, I also discovered a hair in my steak. On the other hand, the mignon fillet and teriyaki chicken were juicy and flavorful. The sushi was decent, but overall, I don’t think the meal was worth the $47.
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant and have previously received military discounts here. However, when I visited today, I was informed that they no longer offer military discounts. I'm a bit confused about this change, especially since I was unaware of any issues or reasons behind it, such as the hurricane warning affecting their policies.
We spent $52 here on Saturday and when we got our order, it was wrong. I tried to call her for an hour and never heard through my husband that the cashier said that the store was closed early for some reason. I tried to call her and hour later. I tried today to see if they would replace the wrong dishes (Teriyaki bowl without rice, noodles and a fillet mignon hibachi chicken meal) and the manager was rudely interrupting me when I explained what happened. She said she would give me noodles and the missing chicken nothing but the actual meal only the noodles that were missing for the Teriyaki chicken and the chicken that was missing from the fillet mignon. I do not recommend going here until their management and customer service skills are defined. I have lived my whole life in North Carolina and never had such a bad experience of this institution. Save yourself time and go to a real Hibachi restaurant or the Mongolian house.
We usually pass by this place every time we stop by Staples and Best Buy. We finally decided to stop by today and we are definitely going back here again! At first we were a bit bothered because we had to wait for awhile to get our order, however I?d say the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered Fish Teriyaki chicken entree and my husband ordered Teriyaki chicken bowl, it was delicious! The teriyaki chicken melts your mouth unlike Panda Express? teriyaki chicken. The fish is perfect, it wasn?t too salty as well as the vegetables. My husband ended up not finishing his bowl since it is a pretty big serving and I?d say the price of our food is reasonable. The place seems to be busy and I can see why. You can?t really compare this with Panda Express since they cook your order fresh, it reminds me of Teriyaki Madness.
