Bidrage med feedbackI had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. The person taking my order was rude, and the employee who handed me my food was also discourteous. To top it off, the fries were cold, and the fry cook was argumentative. I highly recommend avoiding this place; the long wait isn’t worth the poor service and cold fries.
The shake machine is always out of order, but the one on Collins and the other one on Blanding near Knightbox are consistently functional. Unfortunately, the service is becoming just like that of the McDonald's on 103rd Street. It's becoming a real waste of time.
I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the curbside after placing my order through the app. A staff member walked by my car twice without acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to go inside and discovered that no one was checking for app orders. The main issue I see with this place is that there are too many young staff members and not enough adults overseeing them. Kids can’t effectively manage each other, so there needs to be someone in charge who can be held accountable for the service. I’ve consistently had problems here because it feels like children are managing children, leading to subpar service.
This is actually one of the better locations. The food is usually consistent. The service is somewhat faster than other McDonald's.
Went to get a large coffee today. I ordered creamer and sugar in it. Waited in a long line to get a coffee with no sugar in it. I was down the street had to turn around. Went inside the manager tried to offer me sugar packs I asked for her to make me afresh one. She made it and told me the sugar dispenser was empty. Never did she apologize for the coffee that was made with nosugar. And the inconvenience they caused. Never Again
