Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

I know everyone is different, but if you don't swing someone down, you can order your food. they stand for one because in the register and if you don't want cold fries or chicken bugs, you better ask them to make it fresh. it is very obvious that their drive-thru is the most important at mcdonald. they let them stand on the theke, who waits forever for what they need or want, so they take care of the customers on the drive-thru first! then they will knock each other on the shoulders/backs and say how well they did. the customers are not just as important as the drive-thru. I have seen this at many other mcdonald’s!

It was pretty good that the service was fast. I love the decoration and how the things looked. the only problem is that my cookies were cold. food: 3/5

That was earlier the better mcdonalds. I don't know what has changed, but the service and food quality has not fallen on the hill in the last month. literal waited for 4 minutes for someone who took my order in the drive and nobody ever came to the loudspeaker. the worst part. there were cars in front of me who were just ordered! food: 2/5

Our burgers were underused, but employees were apologetically and quickly corrected problem. himself came back to make sure we were happy. just problem....how bout we stop treating ketchup packs like gold and not as stingy lol food: 1/5

I was craving a quarter pounder with cheese and I swear it was a lot smaller than the hundreds of them I've had in my life! It didn't even seem to taste the same! I was extremely disappointed!! ?Food: 2/5
