Maple Street Biscuit Company

I want to begin by saying that the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and attentive. When I arrived, an older Caucasian lady warmly greeted me and took my order. Everything was going well until she handed me my tea, and I noticed her hands all over the cup lid. Her hands and fingernails looked like she had been digging in the dirt and hadn't washed them in days. She was also serving food to other customers. Later, I spoke with a younger staff member about my concerns, mentioning that I hadn't seen the older woman wash her hands at any point during my hour there and that she was also on her phone. To my surprise, I found out that this woman is the manager. I can understand it might feel uncomfortable for staff to raise such issues directly with their manager, so I wanted to bring this matter to light here, as it needs addressing.

I'm almost certain that the biscuits we were served were made the night before. It was the worst experience I've had at a biscuit restaurant in terms of food quality. However, I must say that the service was excellent!

We always order the same dishes without a second thought: the Five and Dime and the Farmer. The food consistently exceeds our expectations. The smashbrowns make for a fantastic shareable side. Our meals were served promptly, and the staff was friendly, even providing a water bowl and treats for our dog.

Wasn't expecting this breakfast, was pleasantly surprised. Awesome food and service. Taste like grandma's biscuits, made with love. Waffle and hash browns were delicious as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience .

This Maole Street is a great place to meet friends. Very casual and warm atmosphere. Service and food is great.
